Hey all - my Dad and I will be participating in one of the most commercialized, mass-produced car events of all time. Replete with cars that cost more than my house, stupid bumper stickers, and fuel wasting galore, we'll be heading out for Little Rock, Arkansas this Saturday to participate in the Hot Rod Power Tour 2008... We'll head from there on the Springfield, MO on Sunday, then on to Topeka, KS on Monday, then Tuesday we head back to Bella Vista to drop Pop off at home, then back to good 'ole OKC... It'll be four fun filled days of heat, gas fumes, cramped hotels, bad food, etc.. But ultimately, we'll form memories to last a lifetime. It's probably the only thing, billiards and flea markets aside, that me and my Dad do together - we've missed the last three years, but this year we're back on the road!!!
Since there will be plenty of Wi-Fi hotspots along the way, I'm gonna try to blog each day, along with photos.
